I greatly enjoyed incredibly comfortable room here.
Absolutely great hotel, the staff were absolutely wonderful. The room was newly refurbished to a very high quality and available with a valued ceiling. I had a kettle, coffee, and blackout drapes in the room. This venue was set in a central area next to a quiet pub. Also, St Doulagh's Church was 3 miles away from the hotel...

The atmosphere was inviting, and the staff were
Incredibly accommodating throughout our stay. The room was a good blend of classic and modern decor. I did wish there were more breakfast options available, but the pub downstairs served a delicious lunch, a nice surprise.

My room was neat and cheap thanks to the pleasant staff. Location: the hotel was adjacent to a pub which is convenient for travelers to dine in. Had supper enjoying drinks at nearby Alberrys. I found everything excellent, would recomand it to all.

Absolutley terrible experience! The room was so hot, and the air conditioning didn't work at all. I woudl ve been happier if there was a room upgrade as compensation for my inconvenience. The shower head was badly scaled, how is that considered acceptable? Just couldn't give a good review after all this.

It was just a good pick for a flying visit in Canterbury with high value for money. The pub downstairs served a tasty lunch that was a pleasant surprise after a busy day exploring. Try to book a room away from the street for a quieter stay.

pleasant stay with room for improvement
The staff provided a warm welcome upon arrival. My room was super clean and comfortable. The location offered the convenience of free parking, a real plus for my stay. It's also great to unwind at the pub downstairs.
The Wi-Fi could use some improvement. It was rather slow .

The Maidens Chambers is in a great location, just a few minutes from the city center. My room was a Beautiful Twin Room and had a very comfortable bed along with a nice coffee setup. The secure fob entrance to the building added an extra layer of safety. Plus, the pub staff were friendly and cute.
The WiFi was unreliable at times.
